Singapore Flag Coloring Page

A white crescent moon and five white stars sit in the upper left corner on a red band above a white band. The crescent represents a young nation on the ascendant, and the five stars stand for democracy, peace, progress, justice and equality. The flag was adopted on 3 December 1959 when Singapore became self-governing and was retained upon independence in 1965.

Colour the red top band first with long horizontal strokes, then leave the white lower band empty. The white crescent and five stars sit in the top left corner, so draw them with a fine tip — the five stars form a neat pentagon.
