Malaysia Flag Coloring Page

Fourteen horizontal stripes of red and white run along the fly, with a blue canton at the hoist carrying a yellow crescent and a fourteen-point star. The fourteen stripes stand for the equal status of the thirteen states and the federal territories within the federation, while the fourteen points of the star represent their unity. The flag was first raised in 1950 with eleven stripes and an eleven-point star, and was modified to its current form when Malaysia was formed on 16 September 1963.

Colour the blue canton in the top left corner first, then work through the stripes from the hoist — red, white, red, white — using long horizontal strokes. The yellow crescent and fourteen-point star sit inside the blue canton, so finish them last with a fine tip.
