Print this free Venezuela flag coloring page, then colour the yellow over blue over red with a star arc using the guide below. The Venezuelan flag was adopted in 2006.
An arc of eight white stars bends across the blue band, seven for the provinces that signed the 1811 Declaration of Independence and an eighth star added for Guayana, which joined in 1817. Blue stands for the Caribbean Sea that surrounds the country. The design was created by Francisco de Miranda and reached its current form on 12 March 2006.
Fill the three horizontal bands with long even strokes — yellow at the top, then blue, then red — and leave the white stars empty. The eight stars sit in a shallow arc across the blue band, so place them carefully with a fine point and keep them evenly spaced.
